What is the height of the stepping platform?
The step height of the Reebok Deck is identical to the medium step height on the Reebok Step at 20cm, which in turn is the same as the ‘In-step’ used with two risers. This step height is what most users currently prefer; higher step heights are not recommended for most users because of the increase in impact force through the body that this may cause. The Reebok Deck is also a little longer than the original Reebok Step.
