What is the heart behind the proposed changes at The North American Mission Board?

0

We want to see a fierce church planting movement among Southern Baptists unlike anything in our history. We want to free the North American Mission Board to be the leader in helping churches plant churches. It is our hope that the proposed changes will help the North American Mission Board see its most fruitful days for the cause of Christ. In addition to this massive movement, we also want to equip current SBC pastors be the most effective leaders and pastors that they can possibly be. This aspect of the North American Mission Board will help pastors as they seek to reach their communities for Christ. Last but certainly not least, we want to reaffirm and reignite a passion and priority on evangelism and discipleship. These two are absolutely critical to realizing our missional vision of presenting the Gospel of Jesus Christ to every person in the world and to make disciples of all the nations.
