What is the hearing aid fitting follow-up process?
If you decide to buy hearing aids from us we always offer you a free follow-up session, during the first 6 weeks after the initial fitting appointment, to see how you are progressing and to offer any assistance that may be required. At this point your hearing aids can be fine-tuned if required. We also offer 2 other free consultations within 9 months of the initial fitting appointment should they be required. Fine-tuning sessions required after the first 9 months will be chargeable on a session by session basis.
