What is the Harvard Pilgrim strategy for dealing with non-benefit eligibles on the Section 125 Plan being offered to clients?
Initially, this section 125 Plan can cover all benefit eligible employees purchasing health, dental and vision plan coverage as well as non-benefit eligible employees obtaining health plan coverage through the Commonwealth Connector. Harvard Pilgrim is currently working on a solution for non-benefit eligible employees to obtain coverage directly through Harvard Pilgrim in addition to of the Connector. We expect to have an effective date shortly and we will send out an email blast when it is available.
