What is the hardest part of going through X-RAY (radiography) school?
The hardest part of radiography school was clinical because everything you learn from school, you must apply there with real life patients who may not like you, have limited movement, are immunocompromised, and basically are in extreme pain that you are so nervous you forget everything. That is a normal response from someone who is a student on day one in the hospital, so relax and learn and open your ears and eyes, you may learn something than just reading the book but you will do a lot of reading. Honestly the second hardest are the contrast studies because it is a lot information to remember per exam like a barium enema, or upper gi study. If you study, read, listen, you’ll be fine but relax. You’ll figure it out. Good luck. FYI, just shut your mouth and treat clinicals as if it is your job interview for 2 years. To the first poster, really they’ll earn more money than me, it’s not what it says in my paycheck ; ) by any means near those dollars even. Good luck kid. After grad, netwo
