What is the guest policy?
Residents may host visitors everyday until 1am at night, and until 3am on Friday and Saturday nights. In cases where a resident would like to host a guest overnight, they may do so according to the following guidelines: Guests may stay on campus for a maximum of two days within the course of a seven day period, beginning the first night they are registered. Campus residents may only have two guests within a seven day period and may not have more than two guests per night in any room. In Marguerite Hall, only guests of the same gender are permitted to stay with resident host.
You are responsible for your guests and for their behavior on campus. If a guest violates State law or College policy, you, as a host, may be subject to civil, criminal, and/or judicial action. Be sure that your guests know the rules of the College and follow them. Never sign in someone you don’t know. Residents of Peabody and Bowditch Halls are allowed to have two guests at any one time. You must sign in your guests at the front desk as soon as you enter the building. Guests must leave a valid picture ID (e.g., a license or school ID) at the front desk in exchange for a guest pass, which s/he carries at all times. You must escort your guests while they are in the building. For your protection, and for the safety of your guests and all residents, always sign your guests in and out of the building.
