If you call within 21 days of your purchase, you can claim back the difference up to $500. The Guaranteed Pricing Scheme is complimentary for HSBC Gold and Platinum cardholders. It allows you to claim the price difference on an item purchased with your Gold or Platinum credit card when you discover the identical item at a lower price within 21 days of the purchase.
