The GRE Wholesale Power Cost Rider is a result of the additional costs that have been passed on to us by Great River Energy, our power supplier. GRE’s additional power charges to Lake Country Power in 2008 are expected to be nearly $3 million higher than our power supplier had budgeted for this year.
