The Graph Pad is used to move, resize and rotate blocks on layers 2 and 3 and on layer 1 of a Country Set quilt. To put the Graph Pad onto the worktable, choose Graph Pad on the VIEW menu. Play with it awhile and you’ll understand how much help the Graph Pad can be.
