A12. EPA has prepared guidelines on the application process for three types of grants: assessment; revolving loan fund; and cleanup. The process for applying for assessment, revolving loan fund and cleanup grants is a one step process as discussed in the new guidelines. The one step process of applying for the job training program is discussed in a separate set of guidelines for the job training program.
