What is the Graduated Drivers License Program?
It is a new program that became effective January 1st, 2008 regarding stricter rules to obtain your license. It sets rules as to how many non family members can be in a car at one time, cell phone usage etc. It also sets rules for teenage drivers up to the age of 20.
