What is the grading system like in IIMC?

Here the concept of relative grading is in effect. The grades are awarded keeping in view both the absolute performance and the relative performance wrt the others in the class. The highest grade is A+ (9), while the lowest passing grade is C+(3), and F(0), being the failing grade. One needs a CGPA of 4.5 to cross over to the second year. And in the whole course the maximum allowed PFs are two; anytime the PFs cross two in all, means one has to withdraw from the programme. Finally, one has to get a CGPA of 5 at the end of two years to be awarded the diploma.
