Schools will be rated based on their overall CSAP scores from 3 through 10th grade and Schools will be rated based on their overall CSAP scores from 3 through 10th grade and the CO ACT for all 11th graders, beginning in 2001-2002, with three exceptions. Students who enroll in a school after October 1st, test scores will not be included. Students who do not speak English as their primary language will be deferred due to language for three years. Special needs students who qualify for the CSAP-A will not be included in the rating of a school.
