What is The Grace Academy’s policy about doing assignments over?
Resets may be used in cases where there is a technical error with the program if, the enter key is hit before the student is finished, and in other technical cases. Resets can only be requested by parents. Parents need to email their student’s teacher through their Parent Page, or call Member Services to explain the situation. Everyone makes mistakes and we trust parents will ensure the student has “learned their lesson.” The Grace Academy is willing to reset any assignment back to “not completed” status at the request of a parent. Reset assignments may then be resubmitted by the student.
