In recognition of former North Dakota Governor George Sinners pioneering role in the creation of Tri-College University and his 35-year commitment on it Board of Directors, TCU sponsors this innovative annual forum. Each year, the Symposium provides a forum for education, conversation and public engagement with top-level policy makers, experts and stakeholders on a critical regional public policy issue. The 2006 Symposium is scheduled for November 28 – 29 at Concordia College.
