What is the government doing to STOP illegal immigration?
NOTHING because the big business will not let them do anything. big business lobby the government to aloow the illgels immigration to continue so thay can get their cheap labour and make disgustingly huge profits. if the government were to actually do something to STOP illegal immigration – then big businesses would STOP paying their taxes, and stop paying the members of the house and of the senate -which means they would stop paying their contributions to the political campaigns. the politicians NEED their donations – just look at hillary. she’s not getting any donations if she has to pay for her own campaign.
We are currently building a fence along the border between Mexico and the United States. The federal, and many state governments, have been increasing funding to border patrol agencies and branches of immigration that deal with internal affairs as well. These increases have been greater in percentage than those for scientific research grants, education, NASA, or any individual social service. So it would seem the government is actually doing quite a bit, and at the expense of the American people I might add. Also just an aside, because NASA funding has been so low, my team and I, who previously were engineers working on a NASA contract, got our contract canceled because the federal funding for it was cut. So I would like really really badly to see some of that money going to stop illegal immigration going to us. Especially since it is apparent that the American people don’t really appreciate what that money is doing anyway since they still believe the government is doing nothing.
