What is the Government doing to make sure transsexual women can access refuges?
In ‘Working for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Equality, launched by the Prime Minister in June 2010, the Government made a commitment to support the delivery of appropriate refuge support for transgender people in need of safe and secure accommodation, in partnership with the transgender community and third sector domestic violence service providers.
