The membership meeting shall be the supreme policy making body of the local (cf. Article VII, Section 3 of the Constitution & Bylaws). The Executive Council shall be responsible for adherence to, and enforcement of the Constitution and Bylaws of the local(cf. Article X, Section 7 of the Constitution & Bylaws).
