What is the governance structure of The Falls and Eagle Crest?
Eagle Crest Resort is comprised of two main sections: The Resort, which is on the east side of Cline Falls Highway, and The Ridge, on the west side of Cline Falls Highway. The Falls at Eagle Crest is one of a number of “neighborhoods” that make up The Ridge at Eagle Crest. The Ridge operates as an Oregon non-profit corporation (“Association”), governed by the Ridge at Eagle Crest Association Board (Master Association) and the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs). The Falls at Eagle Crest is a development within The Ridge, governed by The Falls Owners Association Board, and the Bylaws and CC&Rs of The Ridge.
