The Gotham Early Music Scene List database is to be created and maintained by Enertex Marketing. The Gotham Early Music Scene Big List represents collaboration between early music organizations. All participants utilize direct mail to sell tickets. The database, the Big List, is created annually as a consolidated source for participating members to easily, readily and inexpensively access mailing list data to further their direct marketing objectives. The 2009 database will be created in early September 2009 and can be utilized until the 2010 database is created. The 2010 database will be created in early September 2010.
