The GS-4 Self-Service Touchscreen System, is a KIOSK optional, simple-to-use, controlled access — Network Printer Management System that enables public libraries, college and university libraries, public schools, medical and law libraries, special libraries, government institutions, and computer centers, to slash escalating printer operating expenses, control printer usage, and recover printing costs. Simply stated, the GS-4 acts as a traffic cop on the network for designated print queues. It intercepts print jobs before they get to the printer and holds them in the queue until the user releases the job, deletes the job or the time out feature automatically deletes the job. Releasing or deleting a print job is accomplished at a GoPrint PayStation. The PayStation uses an exceptionally friendly web enabled user interface for speed and ease of use.
