What is the Gone Report?
YSM TACs are notified about the Gone Report through a separate process administered by ITS Med Systems Support. The Gone Report is run weekly by UAQA as an audit to identify all individuals whose HR status has changed from “Employee” to “Ex-Employee” or from “Student and Employee” to “Student” and “Ex-Employee” for a specific time period. If any of these individuals currently have active Oracle Financial and Human Resources responsibilities at the time of the report, these will be identified as well. If applicable, User Accounts will send a cover letter to the appropriate TAC stating that the Oracle access, along with other access listed from User Accounts, will be automatically end dated within 5 business days, unless instructed otherwise from the TAC. The Gone Report letter also reminds the TAC that there are other access applications (i.e. Banner, Ethernet Connections, IP Address, etc.) which may also need to be end dated as well.
