The Gold Pack is comprised of all the postage materials you will need to send your items back to us. It contains a re-sealable Royal Mail Special Deliverypouch, and a form on which you provide us with your payment information. We provide you with all the materials you need and pay the cost of postage and insurance of up to 500.
