What is the goal of the Institutional Learning Initiative?
The major goal of the Institutional Learning Initiative (ILI) is to help CI staff and partners at all levels, individually and collectively, to increase their capacity to produce results they really care about. The ILI will initially test three mechanisms of collaboration: Learning Networks; Global Teams; and Learning Dynamos.
