What is the goal of Rip Van Winkle-NYLT?
Rip Van Winkle-NYLT is an exciting, action packed program designed to provide Boy Scouts of America youth members with leadership skills and experience they can use in their home troops and any other situation that demands leadership of self and others. Leaders of today need to understand how to best work with teams, so NYLT integrates the best of modern leadership theory with the traditional strengths of the Scouting experience. NYLT teaches an individual how to lead themselves and others in a team environment.
