The transformed system will be client-centered, efficient in its use of public resources and focused on results and accountability. This transformed enterprise will empower our team of dedicated and skilled professionals to serve clients better, be more responsive to local needs and emphasize individual choice. HHS will continuously strive to improve services and manage costs through innovation and deployment of technology-based solutions.
