What is the goal and orientation of the Clinical Health Psychology program?
The goal of our Clinical Health Psychology program is to produce well-trained, theoretically grounded, ethical clinicians who have a specialized background in Clinical Health Psychology and a solid foundation in research and statistics. Faculty in our department have a variety of theoretical and therapeutic orientations. However, the program emphasizes a cognitive behavioral approach.
