We typed the phrase “wedding anniversary gifts” into the search box of our favorite search engine to find that wedding resources are booming on the Web. Anniversary gift lists tend to come in three flavors — traditional, contemporary, and alternative. We found a nice collection of links on this subject at the About.com’s Marriage site. Apparently, wood is the traditional gift for the fifth anniversary, whereas silverware is the contemporary option most often mentioned.
