What is the Georgetown Global Forum?
Occurring during John Carroll Weekend, the Georgetown Global Forum gathers some of the world’s brightest minds to address some of the most challenging issues currently facing the world. In 2009, renowned philanthropists and leaders from academia, NGOs and the public and private sectors will explore the topic “Profit, Policy and Philanthropy – The Keys to Global Development” and discuss whether scalable and effective global development depends on a coordinated response from all sectors of society.
