What is the geographical scope of a Cisco Certification/Specialization?
A.Cisco Certifications and specializations are granted by country. However, Cisco’s Sales Theatres of EMEA, Asia Pac, and Americas International have defined country groupings that will be regarded as a “country” for Certification and Specialization purposes (US & Japan are single country Theatres and hence country groupings do not apply). This allows partners to pool their resources across these countries in order to qualify for Certification and Specialization. Certification and Specialization will be granted to partners for each country within a country grouping. This feature will be available by middle of August 2001.
