The Connections II geographic scope is world-wide; however, to be eligible for award, all contractors are required to provide services nation-wide. Nation-wide is an area consisting of the 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, American Samoa, the Virgin Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico, Saipan, and the remaining Northern Mariana Islands.
