What is the general temperament of Chihuahuas?
A. Chihuahuas are extremely devoted to their owner, but can be clannish( especially if there are several of them in a household). They are keenly intelligent and make good watch dogs. The Chihuahua likes a great deal of attention, but he/she will give a lot of love and affection in return for your care. Chihuahua owners say that each dog of this breed has their own unique personality. Generally they are alert, energetic and very focused on interacting with their master.
