What is the general plan for the acreage?
The land for the greater project is approximately 220 acres. Approximately 90 acres will be set aside for a biological reserve to be shared with the property owners as common area. Other parts of the property will be high end, multi-million dollar homes, phase II luxury condominiums and a five star boutique (small and non-intrusive) hotel.
