What is the Gap Baby Contest?
Towards the end of the year this company starts accepting photographs sent in by families who think that their child has what it takes to be a clothing model. The GAP Baby Photo Contest is handled by the GAP and administered by the Disney Family website. All applications are entered through this website, where they will be initially checked by a group of moderators before being placed in the pool of photographs of babies that the winners will be judged from. Once all of entries have been vetted a panel of judges will go through all of the approved photographs and narrow them down to two groups of five. One group of boys and one group of girls with an age range of between newborn and 4 years of age. Generally a range will be selected in order for them to model the highest possible number of garments for the upcoming catalogs throughout the year.
