Gamiing (gaa-‘minj’) is Ojibway meaning ‘at the shore’. The centre is located at the West Side of Pigeon Lake between Bobcaygeon and Lindsay. Gamiing promotes the sharing, enjoyment and importance of living in harmony with nature, by providing educational experiences to engage the community in balancing human needs with the needs of nature in our every day lives.
