A. The links and bridges of the skyway going and coming from Midtown will be closed during the remediation and development periods. The continuation of the skyway will depend on two things, whether there are structures to which it can connect and the willingness of property owners. The changes in the enclosed nature of the entire area will require new access points to the garage.
