Supposing that the voice recognition system is coming into this profession, question may arise in your mind, will MTs face out of this profession? But the thing is not like that, the role of MT is still there because that particular software will not do the proofreading work for the company, and that work will be done by the QAs who have successfully done the basic course of MT and undergone training for QA. So, there is no question of concern that there is any risk to the future of a MT. Now the MT may put in some efforts to correct the already done job and proofread of his own job thus increasing his own accuracy. So, he can earn more because of the increased accuracy.
