What is the funnies thing about Australian living?
Judy: In the summer my family usually wears bikini’s at home. In Taiwan that’s very strange, walking around in the swim suit. Tony: My homestay mother’s daughter , when she finishes having a shower she always walks around the house in her towel. In Taiwan we have to wear clothes, not just a towel. Is Australian living really that different from your own culture? Judy: Yes, I think so. Because my homestay daughter has a tattoo also I’ve got one, but in Taiwan it’s a secret, but here, you can tell everyone if you want to. Tony: Yes!! My homestay mother’s son is very noisy and naughty. He walks loudly around the house. In Taiwan we care differently for other people in the house, but here it’s a different culture. Would you recommend other students to try homestay? Judy: Yes, if they are lazy to do house work. I recommend they should try homestay. I can speak English at home. Tony: Yes!.We don’t have to do the washing or anything around the house or cook. It’s easy. (ha, ha!) Top Share Acc
