The total cost of the project is $5.4 million. The Capital Campaign will provide $1.7M net from a gross figure of $2M. State and Federal Tax Credits will bring $1.2M to the project. The state has already allocated $500K to the project by means of a matching grant and a second grant of $200K. Another $1.8M is expected in governmental, foundation and private grants and contributions.
