What is the full proposal application deadline and late submission policy? What if I miss the deadline?

The Round 4 full proposal deadline was 2 p.m. CT/3 p.m. ET on April 1, 2010. To be accepted for review, all proposals must have been completed and submitted by the deadline. To be fair to all applicants, RWJF enforces a strict deadline policy and there are no exceptions to any deadlines.
