What is the (FSU) Exit Survey and how do I complete it for certification?
A. Verification of the Exit Survey is required by the Michigan Department of Education and must accompany your certification application. The School of Education Director sends the (zoomerang) exit survey link to all eligible student teacher candidates each semester. Print the final verification sheet and submit it with the required documents to the Certification Officer.
