The FRONTLINE Free Dose Summary is sent monthly with your Merial statement and is a summary of your clinic’s FRONTLINE coupon activity that includes: • coupon submissions and related free dose credits earned during the month, • coupon credit adjustments during the month , and • coupons that were not eligible for processing based on coupon submission rules If any of your coupons require resubmission, there will be an additional page included with instructions on resubmitting coupons. If you require assistance or would like to check on the status of a resubmission of a coupon, please contact us at 1-800-307-7000. In order for your clinic to receive proper credit, coupon resubmissions should not be sent in the FRONTLINE Tracking Envelope.
