What is the Frontiers Review Forum?

0

The Review Forum is a unique Frontiers invention designed to enable and greatly facilitate the review process. All interactions between Chief, Associate and Review Editors as well as authors take place within the forum. It is the virtual space where Associate Editors take review actions (e.g. activate the Interactive Review, assign or change Review Editors, send reminders, accept articles, etc.) and Review Editors submit their Independent Review Reports. Authors can interact with Review Editors through the discussion forum and also re-submit their article files. All interactions between the actors are potentially in real-time and the aim of the Review Forum is to make the review process easier and more efficient.
