If you are going to be posting your credentials on-line (and we highly recommend that you do), the plain text version of the document is the one you will want to use. To post on-line, you must have a format that contains no bold, underlining, or graphics. Additionally, a plain text resume also begins with a keyword summary. A keyword summary can include any and all job titles that are of interest to the jobseeker.
