What is the Frame Rate menu for?
If you are running some other program(s) in the background while you play Bolo, setting Bolo to a lower frame rate will allow the background program(s) more CPU time. One example might be when you are running other copies of Bolo in the background, as described above. If you set your frame rate to 60 frames per second then the Brains won’t get enough time to think, and they will not be very challenging opponents.
