A. A water and sewer district is a single-purpose form of local government. The Four Corners County Water and Sewer District was incorporated by the State of Montana under Title 7 of the Montana Code in April 2003. The district includes Northstar, Galactic Park, Bozeman Hot Springs and Garden Center subdivisions.
