The way to calculate the cost of any number of shields of experience for a unit is as follows: take the unit cost and multiply by 1 plus 0.6 times the number of shields you want for the unit. In other words, Experienced Unit Cost = Cost of unit with no shields of experience * (1.0 + (0.6 * number of shields)). Thanks to Aganya for figuring out the formula!
