PNP video downloads are available in MP4 format. This is compatible with both Mac and Windows, as well as many mobile devices such as iPhones, iPads and Androids. To play your video, we recommend Apple’s QuickTime; however, you should be able to play it in most other media players. If you’re using an older version of Windows, you may need to download and install additional codecs to play your video in applications such as Windows Media Player.
