What is the format of the workshop? How are they organized?
A. Each workshop is unique, but there are some similarities in the logistics of how they are all run. We will explore the historical lore of the featured foods looking at the cultural context that they come from. We will then look at the physical attributes of the food and try to understand any nuances that might be relevant to us. Of course, we will explore different methods of preparing the items and use our taste buds to test them out.
