What is the format of the meeting?
The meeting starts right at noon on Wednesday with the service of lunch. Immediately after lunch, the President opens the meeting with any news and begins the leads portion. Each member states their name and their business, and gives any leads and business placed that a member may have had the week prior. The leads, business with, and attendance are recorded by the secretary of the club. Following the leads, a “spotlight” is presented for 5 minutes by a member. The Spotlight allows a member to give a brief “Spotlight” of their business. Following the Spotlight, a full 15 minute presentation is given by another member to the group. The meeting is closed no later than one o’clock, allowing you to carry on with the rest of your business day.
